Be advised investigations are still ongoing. All services should be working as per normal via Apache whilst investigations are done into the Litespeed web server software issue.

Identified
Be advised our systems administrator team have identified an issue with the Litespeed web server software. HTTP / HTTPS is now working again, however being served via Apache. This was done to allow us to investigate further without further impacting customers.
We will provide updates within the next 60 mins.

Be advised our internal monitoring has indicated that the mentioned Reseller Hosting server is currently experiencing issues when serving up HTTP / HTTPS content.
This may be impacting access to your client's websites, and the cPanel control panel.
Additionally this may be impacting access to the WHM Control panel.
We are actively investigating and further updates will follow in the next 60 minutes.
