We have received a hardware-alert for the Cloud Control Panel and have a technician on-site who is going to replace a faulty component.

This should not impact any customers Cloud VPS services, just the control panel used to perform tasks like reboot, and shutdown.

We expect the replacement to take between 15 and 30 minutes.
