Over the last month we have been experiencing hardware issues with the VPS Hypervisor S655. This has resulted in outages for a small number of Crucial VPS customers over the last 26 days. Please accept our sincerest apologies for these issues and trust that we are working hard to resolve them.

Our plan to ensure continued reliability for your server is to perform a complete hardware replacement onto a newly deployed VPS Hypervisor utilising high-performance Dell Hardware.

These migrations will be performed over the next 72 hours.
