The faulty memory stick has been replaced. The server has been booted up and VMs are now starting up.

We will be performing preventative maintenance on the server to replace a faulty stick of memory. Due to the redundant nature of the hardware configuration, the fault is not causing any impact to customers.
During this maintenance the VMs on the server will be powered down and the stick of memory replaced before powering the VMs on. We estimate your service may be offline/inaccessible for up to 60 minutes.
