Scheduled
Be advised we will be performing critical security patching across the fleet of infrastructure that makes up our VPS Platform (vps.crucial.com.au). This is being completed to address some recently released security advisories from our software vendor.

All affected customers will be emailed directly regarding this maintenance window. For reference it impacts customers on the VPS-x, Barebones VPS, Controlpanel VPS, and Managed VPS packages.

Customers can expect their VPS to go offline for a period of upto 20 minutes during this maintenance window. During that time, services like (but not limited too) cPanel, FTP, SSH, email, websites that run from your VPS service will also be impacted. Additionally management features via https://control.crucial.com.au or https://vps.crucial.com.au (such as reboots or console access) will be interrupted or not functioning as expected.

This is window 2 of a 2 window event.
