The scheduled maintenance was completed for a subset of the Group 1 hypervisors by 07:00 AEST. Rescheduling will occur for the maintenance that was unable to be completed within this maintenance window. Notifications will be sent directly to the affected customers once a new maintenance-window has been confirmed.

Verifying
During the maintenance of the first hypervisor xnsrv020.oa.apdcsy1.crucial.com.au we encountered some complications which we were able to resolve but it took much longer then expected. This resulted in a longer down time for customer on that hypervisor.
Due to the time restriction maintenance on only the following hypervisor could be done: xnsrv020.oa.apdcsy1.crucial.com.au xnsrv015.oa.apdcsy1.crucial.com.au xnsrv016.oa.apdcsy1.crucial.com.au xnsrv052.oa.apdcsy1.crucial.com.au
We will be rescheduling the remaining hypervisor that missed the window on a later date. We will be sending notifications to the affected customers separately.

Systems Administrators will be performing important routine maintenance and rebooting VPS Hypervisors. Important security patches and bug-fixes will be applied during this maintenance-window. This will improve ongoing stability and performance.
During the maintenance window, each VPS will be cleanly shut down and will remain offline for approximately 60 minutes as the hypervisor will need to be rebooted for the updates to be applied. Access to your VPS and associated services will be interrupted.
