During the maintenance of the hypervisor xnsrv031.oa.apdcsy1.crucial.com.au we encountered some complications which we were able to resolve but it took longer then expected. This resulted in a longer down time for customer on that hypervisor.
Due to the time restriction maintenance on the following hypervisor could not be done: xnsrv001.oa.apdcsy1.crucial.com.au
We will be rescheduling the hypervisor xnsrv001.oa.apdcsy1.crucial.com.au as it missed the maintenance window on a later date.
Notifications will be sent directly to the affected customers once a new maintenance-window has been confirmed.
[Additional information] On further investigation and verification hypervisor xnsrv019.oa.apdcsy1.crucial.com.au also encountered some complications which were resolved but it took much longer then expected. This resulted in a longer down time for customer on that hypervisor.
We have reviewed and updated our process around the issue to ensure they are handled quickly.

Systems Administrators will be performing important routine maintenance and rebooting VPS Hypervisors. Important security patches and bug-fixes will be applied during this maintenance-window. This will improve ongoing stability and performance.
During the maintenance window, each VPS will be cleanly shut down and will remain offline for approximately 60 minutes as the hypervisor will need to be rebooted for the updates to be applied. Access to your VPS and associated services will be interrupted.
