Our systems administrators will be migrating inbound-email-filtering for web-hosting customers on SH24 and SH25 from our legacy SpamExperts servers to our new SpamExperts servers, providing additional processing power and increased redundancy, allowing us to continue to support the growing needs of our customers. During this process any custom configuration will be brought across to the new servers to ensure there is no impact to your mail-filtering.
We do not anticipate any interruption to normal services during this process.
Customers who are using Crucial's Mail and DNS servers do not need to take any action. Our systems administrators will take care of the configuration changes and will update MX records to point to: mx01.mailcluster.com.au and mx02.mailcluster.com.au.
Customers who are using external DNS servers can also take advantage of the new SpamExperts servers by updating their MX records to those listed above.
