VPS Hypervisor Down - s635.au.crucialx.net

Incident Report for Crucial Hosting

Resolved

This afternoon, we identified some software which has been intermittently causing system crashes on hypervisors running a specific model of motherboard. This software has now been systematically removed from all Crucial servers which will ensure we do not have any further disruptions to services due to this issue.

To ensure ongoing stability, we are conducting an internal-review of this issue with all staff involved. We will continue to closely monitor this platform for the next 14 days for any signs of the issue returning. Further details will be available on-request after the review has been completed.
