We have a technician en route to the Datacenter to physically reboot this machine as it is no-longer responding to remote management. ETA is approximately 20-25 minutes.

Further updates will follow as progress is made.

The VPS host node has failed due to hardware issue. We are currently investigating.

Be advised our internal monitoring has indicated that a VPS Hypervisor is down or unavailable. As a result your VPS service that resides on this node may not be accessible or connectable.

We are actively investigating and further updates will follow in the next 60 minutes.
