We are now blocking MySQL from being directly accessed from the internet. This will improve the security and stability of our Shared and Reseller hosting servers.

If you use remote MySQL clients, you will need to create an SSH tunnel to connect. We have prepared guides on doing this which are available in our Knowledge base.
