We have determined the brief pause to have been limited to IO activity which was due to a high volume of disk-requests at 14:32 (AEST). We have confirmed that all the hardware is reporting good health, and have enabled additional monitoring so we can closely monitor this server.

Update
To correct our last update, the hypervisor is still up, however appears to have slowed down for a period of 5 minutes. We are continuing to investigate the cause of this now.
