The scheduled maintenance has been completed. Longer than expected downtime was experienced due to an unexpected corner case in our vendor's hardware high availability mechanism. We are currently reviewing this to make improvements to future similar maintenance activities.
Total downtime for customer services was approximately 11 minutes.

A recently-discovered software issue in our distribution switch platform requires us to perform an emergency rollback to a previous known-good version to maintain network stability.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the rollback, this will be a service-impacting maintenance. We expect the total period during which traffic to customer services will be impacted to be around 2-3 minutes within the stated one hour outage window.
We apologise for the inconvenience this will impose on our users. However, we believe it is better to take proactive action at this point to prevent further unexpected issues from appearing.
