The failed hardware has been replaced and the hypervisor has been powered on. Once the hypervisor boot is complete, VMs will be started.

This evening we will be proceeding with emergency maintenance on the VPS Hypervisor xnsrv027.oa.apdcsy1.crucial.com.au:
We have detected a faulty memory module in this server and to maintain the operational reliability, we will be replacing it tonight between 11pm and 12am.
We are planning to shut down the server so that we can replace the faulty memory module. We apologise for the lack of advanced notice and expect this maintenance will provide improved ongoing stability.
We estimate your service may be offline and inaccessible for up to 60 minutes.
