Update
We are currently investigating issues on one of the hypervisors kvsrv003. VPS services on this hypervisor are currently still offline and we are working to restore these as soon as possible. Further updates will be posted here in the next hour or if there is a significant change in the situation.

VPS services hosted on these hypervisors will be gracefully shutdown, and will remain offline for approximately 120 minutes during this window while updates are applied.
